If the patch notes I saw are correct:

Cyclone 15 sec cool down
and
MS 5 charges, 10% heal reduction per charge, each heal spell a person receives removes a charge.

Aimed shot has same mechanic

So imo rouges actaully have best healing debuff in the game now for PvP (harder to apply but also harder to remove).

I am posting this here becuase there is no real Tanking forum and this list isn't specific to any class that may tank.
I have used it to get geared up for Kara and Heroic runs.

The druid forums have spilled over to warrior tanking topics. I figured I would repost this info on what moves to use for optimal threat.

I'm specced 8/5/48. I don't plan on respeccing. I'm staying protection and using the warrior solely for instances. I've done alot of research on the best rotations for threat. I can now do front-loaded burst tps of about 800-1200. Over longer fights, my average tps is 450. That will go up alot with better gear, but 450 tps is enough to hold...

I see that we've listed minimum tank stats for Kara as 30% dodge/parry. I'm really close to that. However, I've been reading an ongoing argument in many warrior forums that avoidance is a bad thing. Most top guilds are now preferring an effective health tanking method. A good summary is here:

Seems you only need 2 points in improved demo shout to reduce mobs AP to zero. I never knew this.

Mouseover Sunder Macro

I think Mug uses this. I found it earlier today, it makes multi target tanking a little easier. Just mouseover so that its highlighted, but don't click because that will change the target. Be sure to bind the macro to a hot key or it is pointless because you would be moving the mouse off of the target to click the macro. DUH!

Anyone have a single macro with all three? or would it exceed the character limit. Ive got charge/intercept macro on one key and intervene macro on another right now.

Also, if anyone has a G15 would you mind posting you mappings for when you tank and DPS?

this help me...cast spell reflect in both battle and def stance. Useful if you have tactical mastery.
