Is there even a high dps weapon that has +spell dmg/healing to it?

My gear is all BC greens of Champion and Stamina. My mana pool is abysmal. I have mana to buff (Retribution aura, Blessing of Sanctuary, Improved Righteous Duty). My seal and judgement is of Light...LOL. I have 8250 Armor and 6800 HP.
