I was checking out the stats and the Arena has more Armor, Agility, Stam and more misc abilities.

The Tier 4 gear has more Intel, AP and mana regen.

I know that the standard answer is to have both sets, one for PvP and one for PvE but is it worth it? The stats are (IMO) just way better on the Season.
